At 14 / 15°, this wine is just superb with red meat, game, barbecue and cheese.
After the harvest, the grapes macerate for about 8 days at 25°. Then, they are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation slowly gives way to the malolactic fermentation. Eventually, The wine is racked once or twice in the winter before the bottling in March or April.
An intense red cherry robe. Its nose develops a strong aromatic maturity. Supple and long on the mouth, it reveals aromas of red fruit. Its ripe and powerful tannins give it a beautiful balance, already very pleasant. This is a wine which could age very well.
