Merlot Rosé

IGP Val de Loire

This wine is perfect for aperitif or with exotic food, barbecue or salad (to be served chilled 9 to 11°).

Vinification and ageing

After the harvest and a cold maceration of about ten hours, the grapes are pressed very gently and the must settles for 18 to 24 hours. Then, the fermentation is very slow. Eventually, one or two rackings are necessary in the winter.

description

With its robe of coral reflexions, this fresh and fruity wine shows a beaufitul balance between freshness and roundness. Many aromas intermingle. Notes of red fruit, candy and flower brings a certain complexity to this fresh and well-balanced wine. On the mouth, it is dense, fruity and round.
