After the harvest and a cold maceration of about ten hours, the grapes are pressed very gently and the must settles for 18 to 24 hours. Then, the fermentation is very slow. Eventually, one or two rackings are necessary in the winter.
With its robe of coral reflexions, this fresh and fruity wine shows a beaufitul balance between freshness and roundness. Many aromas intermingle. Notes of red fruit, candy and flower brings a certain complexity to this fresh and well-balanced wine. On the mouth, it is dense, fruity and round.
