Chardonnay

IGP Val de Loire

This wine is fleshy and long on the mouth. It will pair ideally with fish, fresh pasta, veal or cheese. To be served between 8 & 10°.

Vinification and ageing

Following the harvest, the grapes macerate for a few hours before a soft pressing. The must-settling occurs about 15 hours later. At the end of the slow fermentation, the wine is racked and bottled in spring.

description

With its yellow robe with green reflexions, this wine overwhelms you with its aromatic intensity. Notes of white flowers (honeysuckle, hawthorn) adds to the vast series of exotic fruit. It all combines into fresh aromas of lime zest. This freshness is present at the attack on the mouth, the taste of lime enriched with notes of menthol.
