This wine is lively and very pleasant. It will pair ideally with charcuterie, lamb and eggs (to be served between 10 & 12°).

Vinification and ageing

After the harvest, the grapes macerate for about 6 days at 20/25°. Then, they are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation slowly gives way to the malolactic fermentation. Eventually, The wine is racked once or twice in the winter.
