A summer wine par excellence, to be served chilled (8/9°) elegantly accompanying fresh salads, cold meat and strawberry desserts.
Vinification and ageing
After the harvest and a cold maceration of about ten hours, the grapes are pressed very gently and the must settles for 18 to 24 hours. Then, the fermentation is very slow. Eventually, one or two rackings are necessary in the winter to ensure its blooming.
description
This wine has a salmon pink robe and a briliant radiance. The amateurs of this grape variety will be pleased to taste its typical fruity charm: a dominance of yellow fruit (apricot, peach) giving way to notes of red fruit (redcurrant). The second nose reveals subtile aromas of strawberry and toasted bread. The mouth is fruity and supple.
